Very good place to work, with lots of opportunities for career growth. Senior management is awesome: managing up and down very well. Missing some perks that bigger companies have, so hope that will come with time and as we grow. The pay could be higher than average industry pay range.

We have a lot of long-term employees. Also, the cultivation of diversity, equality and inclusion.

For the most part, they are hard-working and easy-going group of people, with their own unique ideas for finding solutions. Sometimes they are engaged, sometimes they are not.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do what they say, and they say what they do. I like the transparency, acceptance, opportunities, inspiration, and innovations. I like the culture being built and the care about employees and customers they show.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My earnings are less than a new employees' who I now train and manage. Being with the company for over a decade, my responsibilities and contributions grew over that period of time, but my earning not so much, or not to the current market's level.
