They are experienced professionals who are dedicated to supporting Trimble's businesses. We try our best to excel in our profession. We have a great working relationship and an openness that makes us thrive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are leaders not managers and they lead by example. Unfortunately the leader mentality is not always recognized nor required globally. That affects me negatively as a supervisor within a US Corp function but employeed locally in Sweden
What makes you most happy at work?
My boss, she is an inspiration and my unspoken mentor in both life and business. And the fact that I get to interact with different professionals around the globe. I also love the fact that I am able to work from home. The pandemic has proven that me and my group work just as efficient from home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Local procedures and behaviour is affecting our global framework such as promotional path. Right now my manager is trying to promote me from an M1 to an M2. I am already doing most of the job as an M2 and have been for almost a year. My local office is for some strange reason fighting this request.
