I like the company and would love to stay. However, I don't feel challenged enough and projects are not moving forward due to changes in personnel mostly. Prioritization in the workplace is key. We should also invest more time and effort in human resources, encourage interns to stay.

International team with different cultural mindsets (diverse); feeling connected even though you don't see each other very often; Interaction in general
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Receiving compensation that is within the average of the management position within the local market (Switzerland). Right now it just doesn't feel this way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rob Painter's transparency and honesty. He is very approachable and listens to the employees' needs. Especially European colleagues who may feel a bit "siloed" have a better connection to what is happening in Trimble in NA and globally.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of changes within the team. It seems like changes are happening often (mostly with people leaving) which simply prevents the rest of the team in continuing with the projects and delivering on the goals. Compensation should be adjusted to the local market.
