It's an incredible atmosphere of collaboration and we care about getting things done as a team, so we're helping each other whenever necessary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the past years I've had a big increase in my responsibilities which was not followed by an adequate (in my opinion) increase in compensation. I also think that loyalty matters and should be rewarded as well. Concrete feedback regarding what is needed to increase the compensation would help.
