I love the work I do, however I fell that I may be monetarily underacknowledged for the amount of responsibilities that I currently own.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting into work and getting the job done. I like the feeling of accomplishment, I also like to hear that my work makes a difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The level of trust they they have in me and each other. The ability to be jovial with each other remotely while sill getting the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The comradery among our group. I am especially impressed with members outside of my department, knowing that other teams are willing to help achieve a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and frequent communication. Scheduled one on one's with Management group and my direct manager. The trust that I have establish with me team. For as much as Trimble continues to grow, there is still a great sense of community.
