We all rok together to accomplish the common vision and goals for our team and Trimble as a whole.

The culture is supportive and the CEO and Leadership team share their vision of where the want the company to go in all aspects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
People come first. Yes we are a Public company and the shareholders matter, but the decisions I have seen put the employees of Trimble first.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Balance of base pay, equity and bonuses are great, I think there is alo a good mix of other benfits around wellness, PTO and other benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do what is right for the company and its employees, not just the shareholders. They lead by example and have a strong vision for the future.
