Loyalty and passion. The average tenure seems quite high, and people genuinely like working for Trimble.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frequent communication and clarity from the CEO. He uses videos that are personal and sincere that are setting a consistent tone, communicating what is important from a cultural perspective, and regular reinforcing and clarification of the company strategy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very international, and very inclusive. We still have a way to go to improve our diversity, but I think we are on track particularly given that we operate in male dominated customer segments. The CEO has demonstrated strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
