Lean and mean and ready for anything! We are a small team but our contributions help transform the construction industry. We are innovators and integrators and have the ability to drive toward innovative products/solutions that customers may have only dreamed of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexibility and the ability to decide what fits with me and my family needs. Trimble offers so many extra perks from the people networking to the tech to the competitive pay. I have nothing but praise for the way I have been treated for 17.5 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Understanding the big picture, My leaders have developed the strategy and allow the people to execute and achieve. Trimble leadership and their strategies have not only taught us the value of ARR but are setting us up for a bright future. They lead from the front on COVID and DEI issues too! Trust.
