the diversity of tasks is increasing and management is becoming increasingly complex. At my level, no bonus is granted, only the remuneration increases but it is a percentage therefore poorly distributed
What are some of the best things about your team?
A team is made up of several people, with very competent colleagues and others less. There is a good atmosphere but a lot of frustrations that increase because of the lack of transparency
