The approachability of my direct managers in particular and the receptiveness to input of the leadership team in general.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The occasional one-off extra's: e.g. the "We've got this" recent bonus and the care and gift packages we received during this crisis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that COVID reality seems to have rendered a unit on 3 different locations into a single team that expanded accessibility beyond the office we work at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication in the team is generally great and the departments have clear lines of communication through their respective team leaders. Going up a level in communication for urgent matters is also rarely frowned upon.
