Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales planes are getting higher every year, I have more and more job to to but my salary and commision remain at the same level. What is more, there was two emploees on my position but I was left alone, still no new emploee found, so I'm working for two with no additional benefits.
