What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team have Now started Engaging with Australia and NZ team of Transportation Division. I respect that leadership acknowledge the hard work we do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are part of the same Professional Service team. However, the bonus structure is not consisted for the ANZ side of team member. We do not get paid for any extra billable hours we contribute towards Trimble revenue. ( Please note - Contract does depicts that we are eligible)
