What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The technical side is broad, interesting and there is a large scope for learning

What makes you most happy at work?

Being left to get on with the tasks at hand without too many interruptions

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They, for the most part, leave us to get on with our jobs. At a global level have responded very well to the covid crisis

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

1. Be more open to learning 2. Take more responsibility for the task at hand, rather than just the part that is most enjoyable for them. 3. Value peoples time i.e. don't waste months of time for a couple of $1000 savings buying some equipment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

1. Pay is 10% less that standard market rates 2. The annual 'performance based pay rise' is in effect is an annual pay cut because its less than the rate of inflation. 3. To get a pay rise you need to leave Trimble and come back a year or so later.
