I generally have more work stacked up than I can't get through and , due to inflation, I am paid less every year to do it. I am often not consulted in my specialist area despite my experience and asked to do technical work that gets wasted as a result.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We still have some of the small company culture left from before we were taken over. We can still move fast when we need to despite increasing corporate red tape
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay has been fixed for several years, not just during covid despite taking on more and more responsibility. An effort to keep employee pay inline with normal cost of living increases would be a good start and doesn't seem unreasonable
