Generally people are collaborative and want to help others be successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Believe I'm currently underpaid given my role and experience. A large number on my team are at the same pay level or over. A meaningful raise would resolve this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Have started to put some significant focus on the Employees needs as a priority. Whether it's equality, inclusion, health and well being or other things. Moved from a perspective of employees as resources to be leveraged, to something more holistic and collaborative.
