It is a very good company to work for due to the the overall culture, opportunities for learning, fair pay. The only flip side is that opportunities for career enhancement appear to me to be limited. Also not aware of any performance based incentives as additional motivation.

Agile, caring, clear and concise with the goals and targets.

New projects, working on general problem solving, learning new technologies and interacting with like minded individuals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though some of us are distributed over different sites, communication is most cases is quick and clear. Communication and interaction within the same site is of course much better due to the opportunity for face to face meetings.
