Businesses in general are well lead, and there are efforts to improve people management skills. However too much USA emphasized culture, people, management and decisions. Too often I get the feeling of other areas being neglected.

Remote working, nice colleagues, sensible work tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated, smart and competent people, who know what is needed from everybody for a team to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
More communication on the daily business, organisation and tool decisions and their reasoning. Ability to discuss the decisions with management to better understand their effect on different stakeholders. Communication to internal audience on what is planned also on the mid-level and short term.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long history of not being recognised by management of work well done. Merely told about what went wrong... Luckily colleagues have been supporting and perhaps things are getting a bit better with new immediate management now. No visibility on the correct pay level.
