It was a little rough at first, but I persevered and now feel that I am an integral part of a team and also the company as a whole. I really enjoyed attending Dimensions because I was able to talk to a variety of customers and also meet colleagues. I think meeting new people at work is key.

They communicate and listen, that to me is huge.

In my team we can speak freely, we sometimes criticize each other, but we work through our issues.

Family, we all talk openly and seem to get along. I think my team has grown closer working apart from each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid what I feel I am worth, I hope that increases soon as the cost of living is going up exponentially.
What makes you most happy at work?
helping people to do business with Trimble, I made it my goal to help anyone needing anything from our company and feel that I have succeeded at doing that.
