We have moved to a Discretionary PTO Plan. This makes me feel like the company trusts me and I can have the flexibility I need through the various stages of life!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very welcoming and respectful of each other. We come from so many places and backgrounds being such a global company. I love that I can talk to people from 6+ different countries in a day!
