It is a very collaborative and team-focused environment. People work together well, and there is never a culture of blame when things go wrong.

They are accessible and communicate well. They lead by example in a number of ways. They seem well informed about all aspects of the business, and well connected with our many and diverse geographic locations.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a developer, I love having interesting and challenging technical problems to work on. There is no shortage of these, and the environment allows me to do this kind of work with very few impediments.
