Recently Trimble is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion for the company culture and environment. This is very positive momentum for employees to contribute each individual's passion and efforts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. Many companies implements a salary review for employee who worked on the same position long time. It is to acknowledge contributions and adjust salary level for employee retention. I often see key employees join competitors once better compensation is offered.

Introducing salary review process based on current job market Current 3% annual merit increase does not reflect the increasing cost of living due to inflation. Many workers switch to other jobs to get a big increase in wages. Budgets for new hiring does take account for the current living costs.
