Trimble is a great, respectful company who pays well and really care about his employees. The problem is that some of the local management are not in alignment with the companies values and culture which causes a negative and wrong perception of the company. Hope this will be fixed soon.

Extra Bonus (end of the year), extra holidays, a nice company car, mobile phone, insurance, good equipment to work with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better and faster communication from direct management. Management should be a motivator and problem solver like a sort of driving force that should boost the team.
