A lot of nice people with kind hearts (and some pretenders who get caught out from time to time when they think nobody is looking)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our senior leadership must get better at evaluating options, making and sticking to decisions. It is crazy to waste everyone's time and effort with years of flip-flopping while the underlying problems we need to resolve get more and more pressing
