The people. Everyone is friendly, dedicated, hardworking but it's still fun.
It's a great culture. Everyone enjoys working hard and working together.
Everyone enjoys coming to work. It's a great culture and people are generally interested in interacting with one another; not just the work.
Everything is extremely transparent. We have regular updates from all levels of the organization. I also like that we've really seen a shift in focus on being better people both inside and outside the organizations. We see a heavy emphasis on things like DEI, fundraising for community groups, etc.
If I'm completely honest, I see that we are moving toward equality with our values, but I still get the feeling that I'm underpaid compared to others in the same/similar roles, especially if they are a man. I'm sure this will change with the new management team, but would like to get there faster.
