That we're independent of others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can talk to (almost) everybody, no matter what level you're both at.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Someday's are too fast paced while others go to slow. The workflow isn't constant enough. We don't prepare enough on faster periodes during a slow periode.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they know when the take a decision that won't be liked and that they already tought of ideas how the decision can be more well received. Sometimes unpopular decisions have to be made.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a more transparant way of disclosing eachothers salary can only benefit eachother. I don't like it when you/others have to be secret about extra benefits you get when you 'survived' a hard time.
