I believe in what I do and what we are doing, even with limited ressources we are moving forward in the right direction. What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is international and I think we can trust each other, even if everything is not always easy, we face issues together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that hierarchy is less important compared to vertical companies and give space to contribute with new ideas and discuss when we disagree a topic.
What makes you most happy at work?
In one of my hobbies I like to find ideas and solutions interacting with others to build my house, I'm also having fun at work building digital products. Interaction and trust with my colleagues is key to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How leadership approach is more and more human centric and the vision of the company. We are lucky to have Rob, it is the first time in large companies I'm working with that I feel included in the strategy and that voice of each of us counts.
