I absolutely love Trimble. Its become a way of life and I have absolute pride in telling people I work for Trimble. I DO think some of the management layer in between Rob and the GMs is a bit disengaged relative to the complexity and speed of transformation we're dealing with.

fully engaging on highly complex problems. having the tools and resources to address them.

so damn smart. all around. it is hugely engaging to interact with such bright people on the regular.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't think of any one thing, I think of it as a package. I am totally satisfied with the overall package I get from Trimble. I like the career flexibility (particularly new remote work) and salary the most.
