Almost everybody is very friendly, and most people are truly trying their best.

The friendliness and the effort to foster inclusivity. I really appreciate the ongoing DEI initiatives, and they align strongly with my values.

People bring their true selves to work, and really care about each other as people and support each other. I find myself laughing and joking with teams frequently.
