The inclusiveness and attention given to the employee as a person

I have been paid fairly during the pandemic and my compensation increased throughout the years.

Even though it was not my best performance on an interview, I still got accepted.

The determination they demonstrate and advocating and applying inclusive principles and the flexibility I get on the job

The fact that I am supported in my work, that I get freedom to work on my initiatives and the team

Such a kind-hearted group of people. We care about each other on a personal level and we enjoy spending time together even outside work
What makes you most happy at work?
Being challenged for new opportunities, being given the freedom to take initiative and exercise my creativity where needed and being part of a family who shares the same values as me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even in the working-from-home era, we still find ways to interact on a personal level. Each weekly sprint meeting we organise a short get-to-know game. It's fun and helps keep the connection alive with the coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly feel appreciated and cared for at Trimble. Especially during the pandemic, the executive team has raised to the occasion and created favourable and fair working conditions for the colleagues. I have been supported and am daily presented with new opportunities and connecting initiatives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recently introduced, the Diversity and Equity groups and Employee Resource Networks go a long way in promoting an accepting and supporting working environment as well and nurturing connection between employees working globally. I must say that these groups are the best part of working at Trimble.
