When I see a way to make improvement to process or tool or design, I'm empowered to speak up and share my ideas or communicate new strategy models towards better quality and continuous improvement.
What did you like most about the interview process?
combination of behavioral and technical question, and the manager was really open about their needs and asked me about my needs and preferences too. I could tell they cared that this would be a good fit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trimble leaders were caring and compassionate. Progressive approaches to mental health awareness, transparently communicating long range plans, allowing employees time to care for sick family during the COVID pandemic, getting time to vote, and act upon diversity, equity and inclusion.
