What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked at other companies where the leadership team couldn't care less about their team. This leadership team cares about our individual career growth, and go beyond empty words they take action. Whether it's creating Flexible PTO to ensure our work/life balance, matching our 401ks, etc.

Communication and execution of new SOP. Stop rolling out new programs until their tried and tested successfully.

We have some of the best personalities, everybody is nice, and we work hard.

Coworkers aren’t the issue. Everyone is smart and hardworking. Department managers competing with other department heads as the company looks at which areas to cut is the problem. It’s causing total chaos. Works leadership ever experien

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it's open. We are open to each other's ideas, and open to learning something new. I never feel like I can't share a concern or feedback to our leadership team or to anybody really. It is a great environment that believes People First.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything. Nothing at WeWork is functional. 7 reorg later, I still have no idea who actually had decision making power.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was efficient. Little did I know it would be the last efficient thing I experienced at WeWork

That it wasn't super serious. We were able to have a great conversation and laugh while still go through the usual questions one can expect from an interview. I didn't feel nervous

Knowing that I'm going to be around supportive people. As well as the free snacks, and cute dogs that I know will be at the office.
