Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there was a change in titles for new employees going forward but they didn't take people who were below that to the new baseline when they made the announcement. there's a pay difference and it doesn't feel fair. there was only 4 of us and it should have been automatic.

Simply to be compensated equally to my fellow team members. Currently, I am the lowest paid team member having the same and even more amount of tasks and responsibilities.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the focus they have on the employee experience, the trust they have in us to make decisions. we're more results based than clock punchers which is amazing.
