Alorica – I would not recommend working here. Favortism, system issues, and no help from managers make working here a struggle. The customers yelling at us about local pharmacy issues doesnt help either. Not enough Paid Time Off (PTO) and you have to use it before the year ends . Ugh

Right now a regular agent makes $13/hr it was raised from $10 . We are getting a raise soon, but for the amount of work we do, that is not enough
