The entire process. Very professional (dressed, talked, acted, looked). It was nerve wracking due to it being an interview, but they made it very smooth and understandable. Very informative and educational on the company.

I love the job itself and helping our VZW customers. On the other hand, I do not like the high school like environment in work in. If we had better management I feel the entire call center would be way more successful and have a way lower turnover rate.
