Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have personally experienced base raises being overlooked for those who have been here 2 years+, while newcomers with less experience are getting paid more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leaders genuinely make an effort to get to know you as a person. I have become very close to my managers and value their leadership and guidance.
