We get things done, we support each other, we work well both independently and as a team (or several teams since there has been no work put into horizontal initiatives so ICs bear the brunt of all that cross-team collaboration

First, not getting denied a promotion with no explanation. Second, equity that matches director/sr directors. Third, getting rid of pay bands that ignore all but a handful of metros. Fourth any transparency into compensation. (no, "talk to your manager" doesn't count as transparency)

They need to not take the lion's share of wealth the company created together. 100-500x company shares for execs? Even late board seats get more shares than most employees? Sure doesn't feel like a team. And then there's the whole cloud transition thing and how it's one person's bad idea.
