None. This has not been a great company from the get go. Literally from the moment I started and realized the recruiter was not honest and HR refused to even entertain rectifying the situation. This place is bad. Real bad. Also, my benefits just went up be $125 a paycheck. Absolutely insane.

Great personalities and willingness to pick up the enormous amounts of slack that is left by other teams refusing to do help.

My team is fantastic. There are no slouches at all. Everyone knows their job extremely well and performs well above their current level.

The vision of where we need to be is good. It's just going to take time to get there. Outside of their vision, I'm not really sure there's much positive feedback.
Revisión
Literally everything. While Armon and DMJ may have clear goals, those goals are diluted by extremely weak middle management where each manager has their own ambitions and goals that do not align with the greater vision.
Revisión
I strongly approve of the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and feel that this is an incredibly welcoming place to work. My hat's off to HR for that. Though they fail spectacularly when it comes to other, more basic HR needs.

Pay. People. What. They're. Worth. Acting like the company has no money is not good for the longevity of HashiCorp. There is going to be extremely high attrition rates and that's not going to bode well for us in the long run.
Revisión
The compensation is not competitive to the current market. The initial RSU grant is almost insulting. HashiCorp having a policy of not hiring people in above Senior level when they're already a Principal/Staff elsewhere severely hampers our compensation. It's a very bad practice.
Revisión
The MBO portion, while being manager discretion, should mostly be achievable. Also, prior to the fun tech collapse here, the starting salary was lower than other companies. Equity is also one of the worst I've seen. ESPP program needlessly difficult to enroll in. Extremely disappointed.
Revisión
See previous responses. Hashi over hired and everyone is jockeying for power. This leads to teams having competing goals which make my goals more difficult to obtain. Also, STOP GIVING ALL OF THE FEATURES AWAY IN OSS. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO SELL ENTERPRISE.
