I have been here for 4 years now and I see IBM as an enterprise to continue my career path. In IBM I have found a place where I can grow both personally & professionally.

I really love work at IBM, i have found a place where my ideas are heard, where I can connect with people around the globe and share our knowledge while driving innovation, diversity, and inclusion. But as I mentioned before, the compensation package is not good enough.

I like my team, i have found in IBM an open space where my ides are heard, a place where I can create new ways to work

I really love my job at IBM, but other technology companies offer better salaries and benefits for example, the saving fund used to be 13% now is 6% the same with retirement plan used to be 10% and now is 2 % I feel really disappointed with these changes.
