While the leadership wants to give our clients the best possible services , they never lose sight of what the employees want. They always have the employees interest , career growth and work life balance as an paramount aspect they need to take care of.
¿Por qué te sientes menospreciado y que podría hacerte sentir mejor sobre tu compensación?
While the company culture is great , and they way I'm treated I feel valued and respected as an individual but when we bring the compensation aspect into picture , I do feels IBM doesn't match industry standards. Not sure if the amazing culture can off set the lack of pay in the long run.
