Company Work life balance is good. Also Learning portals, learning opportunity is good. But need to improve compensation means Salary and Increments. Please improve that, Also please expand your office in Mumbai Area specially in Navi Mumbai. That can be the most important delivery center.

Compensation should be match based on the market. I have seen and did the research about that, I am earning below Average in IBM. So please look in that. Also provide good increments on yearly bases.
