Honestly a lot of them slack leadership and this due to everyone being friends as agents and grew together as leads, same call avoiders same ones that dont lead by example

Meet the expectations just how you guys hold us accountable! If were late to work we get a disciplinary action applied. BUT if alorica pays us late nothing happens we just needs to wait until next pay period. We have families to take care of.

The pay is really low for English Speaking company! Our structure for an employee decides to quit the team lead gets affected in the Incentive. We should value you agents as much as your TeamLeads is not our fault if one decides to quite it should not affect us.Fix the structure ask for our opinion
