I am not real familiar with how they interview.
Being at work a full 8+ hours. They need to be held accountable like all the hourly employees are.
Not enough pay for the agents and no raises. If your tenure(legacy) then you are ok but without that the agents do not even get holiday pay.
The Supervisors need to be more positive and willing to help the agents because without the agents we would not get a paycheck. Managers need to work their full shifts.
Never get raises or even a yearly review to tell me why I am not getting a raise. They talk about taking the buy back away and I disagree with that. I NEVER miss work so you already only pay me out at 75% but now you threaten to take that away. That is extra money for me at the end of the year.
