I work 3 different areas, as "volunteer" my position has become a one single man department, but is not officially a department, so, I would like to change the way I'm being compensated for the work I do.

To be able to make people's lives better... one interaction at a time. Literally, I'm the Culture Champion, so, my work is to create those interactions for they to enjoy the day. It's nice, try to make people happy.
