I have not tried to work at the office physically for a long time due to pandemic. I was hired a week before lockdown and I spent most of my time working at our home.

I have seen a lot of same job to other BPO companies and they are paying a lot greater than what Im earning now. I hope there could be some drastical change on our salary in the future.

They are all doing their work well. they can handle the works, the task and the team well. They are such a riend to us. However, I am looking forward for a motivation and compliments from them with regards on how we work on our task.
