I think I do get a great compensation as I joined 4 months ago at the time writing

great great great technical knowledge and experience and a sense of humor (not the usual tech kind of sarcasm humor)
What makes you most happy at work?
Improving engineers way of working and getting mundane stuff automated (and getting great feedback if it works). This is related to my role in the company.
