My experience started well I moved up as Team Manager in short time achieved many awards for my performance, met a few great people but if I knew what I know now I wouldn't have taken a Team MANAGEMENT role because of the pay and how unorganized upper MANAGEMENT is and how poor the communication is

My Team is great because I but bonded and developed them. The truth about any team is they are only as strong as the coach I love the and in a few days it's going to hurt to walk away and let that group go, but I cant afford to work in that unprofessional environment and be productive I know better
