Being able to discuss my customer service experience. I have been doing customer service for many years.
I run the front office. I like to meet new people. I work with vendors. I assist the Site Director he okay's ideas to bring the spirit of the agents up especially through the pandemic.
My team everyone is treated equally. We help each other. We are there for each other like family. Our team also includes our sister site. They are just the same. We try to make each other feel important.
They are easy to speak with. Open door policy for all. They care about their employees. The little things they do (donuts) make the day when thing are going right and even when there is a not so good day for phones. Amazing.
