Great team. But favoritism needs to leave the department. And all should have the flexibility of scheduling and not only to certain people. We all have lives outside of work and next to be taken care of outside of work.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

To meet recruitment goals later hours should be worked. I've asked. Told no. But it's ok for some people to show up when they feel like it. I believe someone with seniority should be allowed to change their schedule to better themselves and meet goals easier.
