Alorica has given me immense growth opportunity, and for that I am grateful! I was able to pivot and expand my career in an unexpected way, which is amazing. That said, there are many ways in which Alorica can improve, especially in regards to communication both within Alorica and with the clients.

When we are able to meet client goals without working too much overtime and not being overly stressed (rare but nice occurrence).

My coworkers on my immediate team are amazing, team players. We maintain a positive attitude and work environment. We work as hard as we can to meet our goals, so that even when we fail short we still know we did our best.

Our interview process fluctuates a lot so it's hard to rate and describe (I am a Recruiter at my site). The current "normal" is a phone interview and immediate offer, which is easy. When we added 2nd interviews, additional testing, etc it gets much more difficult.

Kayla Morgan is the best manager I've ever had - literally. She is attentive, detail oriented, communicative, and ALWAYS has our back in client meetings and staff meetings. She find ways to bring out the best in every single team member. She has a positive attitude that is infectious and inspiring!
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
I would like to see more affordable, better quality options for healthcare, and a higher company match for 401k. I know Alorica is not a pubic company, so I could not say "yes" to the stock options questions, but obviously I take no issue with not being given stock options for a private company!
