What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lack of communication. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Politics are huge factor in who succeeds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great, hard working, individuals who do everything ti help improve the company. Management does not care about the hard working people that actually run the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one understands the work that a lot of people do and expect to waive a magic wand and everything is completed. No one listens to concerns and help improve the culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like every day I have to look over my shoulder because I or someone might get fired with no prior knowledge or reason for why. Work just gets unloaded on people without asking if they are able to complete the tasks. There is no leadership.
